The adoption of Altair solutions has enabled HYCET to reduce physical gearbox testing while increasing the efficiency of its CFD simulations. The solutions have provided richer, more detailed oiling information including flow rate, hydrodynamic torque, fluid contact time, heat transfer coefficient, and more.
