The ScreenSteps desktop editor, with its built-in screen capture and image annotation capabilities, was used to create comprehensive training materials. The software allowed the team to insert screenshots seamlessly, create image annotations with arrows, callouts, and directions, and generate text fields with instructions for the visuals. It also enabled the creation of easy-to-follow checklists and tables of contents, foldable sections to hide unnecessary training material depending on the trainee, and the inclusion of videos, GIFs, and more from platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, Wistia, etc. Jackie and her team used ScreenSteps for two main purposes: to support the training of customers and to support the usage and respond to tickets by embedding a link to ScreenSteps within ICEFLO.

This has not only streamlined the training process but also enhanced the user experience, as the training materials are now more intuitive and easy to follow. Furthermore, the ability to embed a link to ScreenSteps within ICEFLO has improved the support for usage and response to tickets, further enhancing customer satisfaction.
Agenor can now train 400 to 500 customers at a time using the ScreenSteps software.
