Solution	To address these challenges, Hussmann India turned to Altair AcuSolveTM, a general-purpose CFD Thermal based software capable of modeling a variety of heat and flow problems. The company used Altair AcuSolveTM to perform CFD Thermal analysis of the refrigerator display case to maintain the product temperature according to the ASHRAE standards. The software was used to model air flow and thermal behavior of the system, evaluate the product temperature, and ensure there were no temperature hot spots in the entire system. The complete experimental test procedure was executed for the refrigerator, with simulators kept in the products to measure the temperature. These simulator locations were modeled in Altair AcuSolve as nodal points to extract the temperature results for comparison.
