The firm's innovation team, in close collaboration with different departments, focused on implementing innovative digital solutions to optimize their internal and external processes. One of the key projects was the development of the MyWork application, which aimed at improving staffing matters. The application was delivered in just four weeks with the Betty Blocks development team. The MyWork application allowed lawyers to easily fill in their weekly availability, their knowledge, and experience. It provided a centralized overview for staffing professionals with all the relevant information on availability, experience, and expertise within a few clicks. The application also facilitated lawyers to closely align their work with their expertise, professional development, and personal preferences.
