Solution	HJF rolled out Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to 600 users in record time. The IT team had been looking for a solution to replace Citrix and were considering traditional VPNs. However, when COVID-19 hit, the team had to act quickly. The lead architect proposed a solution that could get the entire organization ready to work from home in two days. The process took about 48 hours from the first phone call to the time everyone was on ZPA. A small team, led by HJF’s lead architect, worked closely with the Zscaler team to deploy ZPA. In 2019, HJF had deployed Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) to its geographically dispersed staff to centralize internet access policies, implement controls and gain visibility.
