These platforms allowed the agency to connect the digital and physical worlds, making all of its multi-level processes based on Adabas mainframe applications more efficient. All state employees can now access important documents via a user-friendly customer portal, as well as apply for financial assistance or reimbursement for their travel costs. The agency's IT infrastructure is built on the foundations of an Adabas database. Clients can access the system using modern and user-friendly web-based applications.
