Solution	The company used Netskope for Google Apps to automatically discover content within their corporate sanctioned Google Drive, which houses all of their content created in or uploaded to any Google App. They developed a handful of custom content profiles using Netskope. Using the Netskope policy wizard, they created several profiles for confidential documents and personally identifiable information. Then Netskope discovered all of the content in Google Drive against those profiles, identifying millions of files, tens of thousands of which were a match for the content profile. From there, the customer took action against the violating files. Using Netskope for Google Apps, they were able to segment content by sharing status (private, shared internally, shared externally), file type, and other parameters, and then take bulk actions on the riskiest files first.
