Solution	In February 2021, Fluidra's Supply Chain Manager, Dan Tipton, chose Pipefy to centralize their new product development processes. The goal was to enhance efficiency and gain autonomy over the platform, eliminating the need for constant IT team involvement for simple changes. After training sessions with Pipefy’s implementation team, Dan and the Supply Chain team were able to standardize flows and connect the four departments — Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing, and Marketing — with basic automation triggers. For instance, when the Engineering department develops a new product, the Marketing and Purchasing teams can automatically start planning the product launch and purchasing the goods to start production.
