This system allows them to assign all assets to their respective locations and use an install/uninstall process for assets associated with fleet vehicles. For example, when a piece of equipment like a radio is installed to a vehicle, a component relationship is created between the two in FleetFocus. This relationship is maintained until the equipment is removed from the vehicle and sent for repair. The system tracks the movement of the equipment, ensuring a full custody chain is kept.
