Challenge	The agency was in the process of upgrading their network to accommodate increased 40GB speeds and establishing a secondary data center to complement their primary data center operations. In addition to supporting this upgraded data center and network environment, the ISNG software technology was easily assimilated into the agency’s long-deployed ISNG hardware appliance environment to extend end-to-end visibility that the IT team relied upon to address current-day monitoring requirements. Using smart data generated by these ISNG appliances in real time from the agency’s network traffic to source nGeniusONE’s performance analytics, the IT team was better able to address latter-day issues across the agency environment.
