The integration process took less than three months and was facilitated by the support provided by Stream via a shared Slack channel. Bandsintown leveraged Stream Chat to allow their viewers to engage with each other and with performing artists during live streams. The chat feature was made an opt-in option for Bandsintown PLUS audience members, with around 35-40% of viewers choosing to participate in the chat experience.
