In 1982, the company, based in Bergara in Gipuzkoa Province, Spain, became a co-operative company and in 2002, it merged with the MCC group as part of its Mondragón division. The solution was chosen for its speed, ease of installation, and user-friendly interface. The implementation of QlikView was carried out in stages, starting with the commercial and purchasing unit, followed by the production and quality area, and finally the storage department. With QlikView, Ecenarro was able to analyze key performance indicators immediately, monitor sales development, measure profitability, produce forecasts, and monitor deliveries and quantities involved. The company plans to extend the solution to other departments, including the technical and financial departments, and adopt QlikView Publisher for programming document loading.
