This process was time-consuming and inefficient, often resulting in the data being outdated by the time it was ready for analysis. The company needed a solution that could provide immediate access to key performance indicators and other critical business data.

Ecenarro decided to switch to QlikView, a business intelligence tool, to improve its data analysis capabilities. The solution was chosen for its speed, ease of installation, and user-friendly interface. The implementation of QlikView was carried out in stages, starting with the commercial and purchasing unit, followed by the production and quality area, and finally the storage department. With QlikView, Ecenarro was able to analyze key performance indicators immediately, monitor sales development, measure profitability, produce forecasts, and monitor deliveries and quantities involved. The company plans to extend the solution to other departments, including the technical and financial departments, and adopt QlikView Publisher for programming document loading.
