Operational Impact
The implementation of the webMethods Integration Server has led to a simplification and security of financial and payment processes, as well as a simplification of human resources processes. The automation of business processes has also allowed for remote and secure access to human resources documents. The digitalization of processes and documents has not only reduced the department's environmental impact, but also made it easier for managers to access the documents they need for their work in a completely paperless environment. In addition, documents are now filed and saved in an electronic document management system in compliance with regulations. The department is also planning to expand the use of webMethods to other processes. | |
