Operational Impact
The implementation of the Info Exchange platform has transformed the council's incident reporting and management. The system is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing staff to easily report incidents. The council can now manage incidents proactively rather than waiting to be informed. The system's immediate notification feature ensures that the council can respond to serious incidents promptly. The council now has access to all of its incident data and can easily identify regular incidents and their causes. This has enabled the council to monitor and review the number of incidents across all of its services and the number of claims, bringing both ethical and financial benefits. The council is also developing a Fire Risk Assessment App and an Audit and Inspections module to further enhance its health and safety management. | |
