Challenge	The Solidarity and Social Investment Fund (FOSIS), a service of the Chilean Government, was faced with the challenge of standardizing its administrative processes to comply with the new regulatory framework established by the Law of Digital Transformation of the State (LTDE). The LTDE focuses on updating administrative procedures and document management in public administration through digital transformation. Solution	To meet the requirements of the LTDE, FOSIS decided to further leverage the AuraQuantic platform. The platform was used to develop a remittance system for Budgeting, which is now used throughout the entire organization. Additionally, a new version of its document management system was created. To empower autonomous process development, a team from FOSIS completed the AuraQuantic Training School’s e-learning courses. This allowed the team to learn at their own pace and apply the concepts learned from day one, resulting in significant cost savings for the institution and expedited process implementation. Furthermore, FOSIS plans to automate the FOSIS Family Program’s Technical Assistance process by 2023 and continue process automation with more projects being incorporated in the coming months.
