Solution	N-iX approached the challenge by first conducting a performance audit of the system, which involved a comprehensive analysis from both technical and business perspectives. Following the audit, the team worked on improving the technical infrastructure, creating a cluster of 8 servers for Development and QA landscapes, increasing the total number of servers from 3 to 17. The system was then upgraded to the latest version of OpenText Extended ECM to handle large volumes of data and many users working in parallel. The team also worked on code refactoring and development of new functionality, including the creation of new business workflows, development of custom functionality according to the client’s requirements, and building SAP links for faster access to stored documents. An admin application was developed in Java using Angular 6 to create an intuitive user interface, and a mechanism was developed to ensure the automatic assignment of users to groups of the OpenText Extended ECM system based on their roles in SAP.
