Catalytic's AI and intelligent automation approach was chosen for its flexibility and reliable operational excellence experience. The automation process involved pulling reports from multiple systems, managing and organizing data, automatically emailing out for validation, consolidating feedback, and updating the system with gathered feedback. Within two weeks, Catalytic delivered a solution with one client team that will be deployed across 30+ teams by the end of 2019.
