The forms used conditional logic to ensure that parents only received forms pertaining to activities their children participate in. When the digital forms were submitted to District offices, they were automatically indexed and stored using secure digital technology. DocuWare workflows also automatically enforced retention schedules established by the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives, making compliance easier and more transparent.
