The solution also educated employees on proper data sharing policies. When sensitive data was included in an email communication, Check Point DLP automatically notified the security department. Leveraging Check Point’s unique UserCheck technology, the DLP solution enabled employees to review, edit, or discard the communication, reducing the chance of a potential data loss incident. The Check Point MultiSpect data classification engine within DLP identified sensitive information and made accurate decisions to release, block or quarantine the data by combining user, content and process information.
