To address the challenges, Croatian Post partnered with GDi GISDATA, Esri’s distributor in Croatia, to implement a solution based on the Esri ArcGIS platform. The solution included GDi’s ENSEMBLE Fleet product and Esri partner RouteSmart’s advanced routing technology. GDi’s ENSEMBLE Fleet tracks vehicles in real time and provides vehicle management for more than 3,000 Croatian Post vehicles. RouteSmart technology calculates optimized delivery routes, ensuring efficient parcel distribution. All data is managed, analyzed, and mapped through ArcGIS, providing the entire organization with a comprehensive view of all postal activities. This integration allowed Croatian Post to monitor vehicle telematics digitally, reducing vehicle misuse and managing costs through automated expense data entry and per diem cost calculations.
