Continental Paving chose B2W Estimate for its flexibility and intuitive interface. The software was structured in a way that allowed the company to work the way they already worked. The estimators were attracted to the program’s flexibility, as they could use as many or as few of the B2W features as they wanted, an option not totally possible with the other systems. The company started using B2W Estimate to bid all of its New Hampshire DOT jobs. One of the favorite features of the software is the ability to generate the state DOT bid forms, which has been described as the “single greatest bid day timesaver” and one of the biggest advantages of using the software. The company also takes advantage of the ability of the B2W software to interface with its Maxwell Systems StreetSmarts accounting system.
