The features of the RingDNA Global Communications Hub, such as Voicemail Drop, DialNext, and call logging, saved CEA representatives a significant amount of time. The transition to a remote working model in 2020 due to the pandemic was made smoother by Revenue.io, which allowed CEA representatives to shift to a work-from-home environment without the need for any additional software.
