To address its needs, the Capgemini ADC worked with IBM Software Services for Rational, implementing the IBM Rational Jazz platform along with IBM Rational Quality Manager, IBM Rational DOORS® Next Generation, IBM Rational Software Architect and IBM Rational Team Concert™ software. Using the applications, Capgemini can create models and deployment frameworks as efficient and repeatable methodologies for agile software development projects. As the foundation of the platform, the Capgemini ADC uses Rational Team Concert software’s configuration management and version control features, as well as its standardized templates. Further, the center uses Rational Software Architect software to support high-quality IT architectures, increase system flexibility and manage solution quality and risks. Capgemini implemented Rational Quality Manager software to manage product testing and quality and to support enhanced collaboration and productivity capabilities. To support collaboration and seamless information sharing, the center uses Rational DOORS Next Generation software to define and manage product requirements during development.
