Presence™ enables: • Users to set up spare iOS or Android devices as cameras to see when kids return from school. • Users to set up a spare mobile ‘phone as a camera to monitor their pet’s food and water dish and be alerted whenever their pet eats or drinks. • User to set up a device at an relative’s home, that can initiate a two-way video call with the click of a button. (Without requiring the elderly person to be technically literate.) • Integration with the MonsterCentral™ app allows users to set up lights to simulate whether they are home or away (by connecting a lamp to the smart plug.) • Energy Monitor that provides real-time energy consumption from plug-in devices, dumb or smart meters, and downloadable data from utility web-sites via the Green Button initiative.
