In just four months, developers used NaturalONE and EntireX to create a web interface reaching into the Natural & Adabas backend. And in the next eight months, 43,000 software objects were transferred to Eclipse™. This meant moving from a 3270-based mainframe to a web application—without having to change source code. Travel agents no longer had to learn the old green-screen, and new hires, already versed in Eclipse™ by graduation, were able to inject fresh energy from their first days on the job.
