Vicinity integrates with Microsoft Dynamics® GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM products, allowing Darifair to connect all their business process systems into one central location. Vicinity met extensively with Darifair to discuss their unique needs and planned how their solutions could meet those needs. The implemented solution includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM for managing client relationships and communication tracking, Microsoft Dynamics GP for managing sales orders and financial data, and integration with Genesis Research & Development for nutrient analysis and labeling. This integration provides Darifair's formulators and food scientists with real-time access to product review and analysis.
