The implementation of IBM® Connections™ Cloud and IBM Verse™ has improved Bengt Dahlgren AB's ability to communicate even as it transitions to a more decentralized organizational structure. The company now uses IBM Connections Cloud to deliver human resources communications to the whole group. It has also made it easier for employees to locate and engage the assistance of highly skilled peers, wherever they work within the group. The ease of using IBM Verse on mobile devices is making it much easier for their people to stay connected with their colleagues back in the office. The company has received very positive feedback about the IBM Verse solution, particularly for its speed, accuracy of the search capabilities, and the ability to use ‘people bubbles’ to show at-a-glance messages from recipients with whom they correspond most frequently.
