With QlikView across 4 functional areas, IDG analyzes financials, revenue, pricing, performance of sales force against plan, and web traffic by content - all focused on effectively managing the business on a daily basis. With QlikView Server, IDG easily handles the millions of lines of data aggregated across its systems including Siebel CRM, Navision ERP and its Web logs. QlikView provides IDG with a common dashboard allowing its Managing Director and CFO to view KPIs across all of the operating units and have complete visibility into operations.
