Solution	Almundo partnered with Fusion, a certified Google partner, to implement Google Workspace, a set of tools ideal for a 100%-digital company. Google Workspace offered solutions for collaborative work, distributed access, and productivity of work teams. Over a three-month process, Fusion was responsible for the migration of 2,350 accounts, including groups and room resources. Despite initial resistance from some areas that relied on the legacy tools, the teams quickly realized the benefits of Google Workspace. The teams adopted the ease with which they could work simultaneously on the same document in Drive and Sheets, which was particularly useful in the administrative areas. The migration also included the implementation of the 'Data Loss Prevention' module, which ensured customer information was protected and encrypted, adding reliability to the business.
