Almoayyed International Group implemented DocuWare, a digital Document Management System (DMS), to streamline its operations. The DMS was used in important central areas such as finance, sales, and human resources. In the financial area, documents from the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycle, legal documents, as well as treasury and banking receipts were stored electronically. The human resources department was also completely digitized, with document access fully controlled by DocuWare so that only authorized users could access particular documents. The company plans to further its digitization efforts by exchanging documents with third-party companies via their own customer and supplier portal.
