Agrei Consulting was tasked with migrating a number of subsidiaries across more than a half dozen mail platforms within six months. The subsidiaries used a wide variety of email systems, including Exchange on-prem, Lotus, Google, hosted Exchange, Zimbra, among others. One subsidiary had all its 40,000 mailboxes on Google. Because Agrei had come to the project when it was already in progress, timelines were condensed, and these Google users needed to migrate within a month.
