Roberts Bakery partnered with Microlise to deploy Fleet Performance and Journey Management solutions. Fleet Performance allows managers to monitor driving through an A to G rating system, assessing criteria such as idling, acceleration, braking, cornering, cruise control usage, and speed. This data enables targeted driver training and management by exception. The Microlise Driver Performance Management (DPM) app was also made available to all 160+ drivers, allowing them to access their scores via a smartphone app, fostering a competitive and self-monitoring environment. Additionally, Journey Management is used to monitor trip status in real-time, facilitating proactive customer service and improving route planning through "planned vs actual" route comparisons. The Microlise Remote Digital Tachograph Download module was also deployed to manage drivers' hours compliance and reduce administrative time.
