The company chose JDA Consulting Partner Accelogix to deploy JDA Warehouse Management across its distribution center sites. The project followed an agile implementation approach, establishing and meeting short milestones to ensure that tasks were 100 percent complete and working, while allowing the project team to adjust mid-project when needed.
